General Reheating Tips
When reheating frozen BBQ from Wayne’s, remove white freezer paper before reheating. Reheating will take approximately 30-60 minutes longer when using frozen meat. It’s okay to reheat barbecue in the aluminum pans we provide with the lid on. If you do not have an aluminum pan and lid, wrap BBQ loosely in foil, and add a sheet of foil or a pan on the lower rack for quick clean up.
For Best Results:
Reheat all brisket, shoulder, pork belly, and ribs to 195°F.
Reheat all chicken, turkey, ham and sausage to 165°F.
Pork belly (195°F) and turkey (165°F) can be sliced and reheated in a pan; use low heat.
Cubed ham (165°F) can be reheated in saucepan over medium heat.
Additional Notes:
Reduce the below cooking times by ~25% when using a convection oven.
All BBQ can be reheated by sous vide method.

Reheat @ 250°F in oven or smoker for:
Brisket: 4 - 6 hours
Pulled Pork: 3 - 5 hours
Pork Belly: 1.5 - 2.5 hours
Pork Ribs: 2 - 3 hours
Sausage & Fish: 1 - 2 hours
Chicken Quarters: 1 - 2 hours
Turkey Breast:
Sliced: 30 min - 1.5 hours
Whole: 1.5 - 2.5 hours
Ham:
Cubed: 30 min - 1.5 hours
Whole: 2 - 3 hours

Reheat @ 350°F in oven or smoker for:
Brisket: 1 - 3 hours
Pulled Pork: 1 - 2 hours
Pork Belly: 1 - 2 hours
Pork Ribs: 1 - 2 hours
Sausage & Fish: 30 min - 1 hour
Chicken Quarters: 30 min - 1.5 hours
Turkey Breast:
Sliced: 15 min - 1 hour
Whole: 30 min - 1 hour
Ham:
Cubed: 30 min - 1 hour
Whole: 1 - 1.5 hours
